In this nationally recognized society, we are dedicated to the promotion of Chinese language and culture by running fundraisers, donating out funds to Chinese and communal organizations, and participating in Chinese performances and festivals.

    • 3 semesters in Chinese

In China, it is a tradition to have Dragon and Lion dances, fan dances, and other performances during festivals such as the Lunar New Year Festival (which we do celebrate as a club).  Good thing the National Chinese Honors Society has our very own lion and fans! Come join our Chinese Lion Dance Team where you can:

    • Get taught traditional Chinese Lion Dances by professionals
    • Learn Chinese Fan dances with the other members
    • Get taught traditional Chinese drumming by professionals

Here are a few examples of what you’d be experiencing as a performer!
