Employment and Income Verification
Employment and Income Verification Requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Normal processing time is 10 to 14 business days.
Employment Verification Letters
Employment Letters are completed for current or previous Hillsborough County Public School (HCPS) employees. All requests for employment verification must be in writing.
Teaching Verification forms, as supplied by the Educational Institution or the employee, are completed for current or previous Hillsborough County Public School (HCPS) teachers. Make sure the form is filled out with name, employee number and social security number.
Mortgage forms, as supplied by your lender, are completed for current or previous Hillsborough County Public School (HCPS) employees.
Please sign the application and an authorization to release information.
Send signed Verification of Employment and Borrower’s release forms to Personnel Records as indicated:
